PREVIEW - Never Alone Soccer

Stakes couldn't be higher as Dunfermline look to extend their marvellous run as they take on derby rivals Never Alone Soccer on Sunday.

On the back of a spiritually fulfilling experience in Scotland, where they met the "real" Dunfermline AFC earlier this week, The Pars will be taking on derby rivals Never Alone Soccer to try and extend their unbelievable run of 13 wins on the trot in what will surely be a massive encounter.
Goalkeeper Marco Semino is in doubt, after picking up a knee injury which is likely to sideline him for a while, therefore stand-in goalie Leonardo Perugini will be involved anyhow, with a look to a possible 4th successive start.
Frassinelli, Filippi and Buttitta are all available for selection at the back, whilst Di Noto is going to be left out, owing to the gaffer's rotational policy with Borreani, who's going to be called upon instead.
Marletta and Bovalino complete the midfield pack, and Cantelli and Buccianti are both raring to go upfront, whereas Never Alone's top-scorer, Parodi, will be serving a one match ban following his dismissal against table-toppers Amici Di Berto last week.

Stakes couldn't be higher for The Pars, as not only is this match going to be vital for their top-spot ambitions with Amici Di Berto facing in-form Sampierdarena on the same night, but this is also a sort of derby rival game between two sides knowing each other by heart, having spent a few nights out together as well.
The sides met twice during the course of pre-season earlier this terms, and also played out a brilliant match in the league group, one Dunfermline won by 5 goals to 3 at their home ground of G.Mora back in December.
That game represented the 3rd of a currently running string of 13 victories on the bounce for the lads, and it was obtained courtesy of a great comeback from 2 goals down.
Goals from Parodi and Dell'Olio had given the Blacks an early two-goal cushion, however Buccianti pulled one back and Cantelli levelled things up, before producing one of the finest goals of a scintillating campaign to make it 3-2 Dunfermline.
Dell'Olio equalised but Cantelli hit the back of the net to collect his hat-trick, and a final goal from Buccianti ended proceedings in quite some style to lift the Pars up against a side which had proven their worth thoroughly until then.
