FRIENDLY: Dunfermline - Gymnasia 5-7

The Pars slipped up to an unexpected defeat against Gymnasia San Martino on a friendly game, played out at Don Bosco Stadium on Wednesday night.
In the absence of a proper goalkeeper, the lads stood in goal on a rotational policy, the lineup being composed by on-trial midfielder Capanni, Urru, Frassinelli, Bovalino, Di Noto, Marletta and Cantelli.
Goals came from Cantelli, Bovalino, Urru, Di Noto and Capanni.
Filippi missed out through illness, while Semino, Buccianti and Buttitta were both absent through other duties.
Meanwhile, Borreani has now been training on a regular basis and could soon be called upon to bolster the Pars fold.

The Pars take on Xeneises on Division C Gameweek 7 on Sunday, kick-off 8.30 PM.
Gaffer Luigi Vanin should be able to count on a nearly full-strenght side.
