XENEISES - Reaction

The Pars may have mauled Xeneises by nine goals to one last night, but both Amici di Berto and Le Cafe won their games respectively, which makes next game against table-toppers Amici an even tougher proposition for Dunfermline.
The guys were particularly upbeat, the following post-match declaration have been released:

GAFFER VANIN:
Our "creature" has now been doing well for a while, hopefully there'll be more to come in the coming few weeks and months

SEMINO:
I could see some togetherness here. This is a fantastic bunch of players and a great group. I couldn't find a poor performer tonight. I wouldn't know what to add to this side as of now

FERNANDEZ FILIPPI:
Obviously, Frassi wanted to go up and score the goal. I refuse to go up. I don't wanna score, I'm a defender - was Fernandez's ironic comment to the game

FRASSINELLI:
Had we had the same team we had at the beginning of the season, we would be much richer and have plenty more benefits, but we wouldn't be high-flying in the table, this is where we deserve to be, even though we'll have a number of tough games from now on.

BOVA:
Shame I couldn't score, I promised to the gaffer I'd have put one away, it wasn't to be. Great game, though, we did really well

CLEGG:
I was pretty pleased with the performance. I need to thank our fans for their magnificent support. We wouldn't mean a thing if it weren't for them.

CANTE:
My knee hurt a bit. However we had a good game out there. Now we've got to keep on focusing ahead of the next games.

BUCCIA:
I wouldn't expect such a good performance after the festivity break, so I'm delighted at the way we played on the night

DINO:
Good game. Look forward to the next one. It was great grabbing a hat-trick, we all played well.
